You will need photo-quality 81lb white card stock to print on. (If cutting by hand you will need sharp scissors, an awl, or some sort of piercing tool for making the brad holes).
You will need 8 small brads or brass fasteners per fish.  
Print, cut, and assemble these fun articulating poseable characters. Use a hot glue-gun to attach a ribbon for hanging.  They are approximately 5 1/2" x 2 1/2" inches each when assembled.
